TheCityFiles got me these adorable heels for my graduation and I absolutely love them! I love how the colour in the beading looks good with outfits that are white, black and red! This is my go-to white summer dress! I purchased it years ago, but its so simple and light weight that I travel with it and wear it on extremely hot days! Under this dress, i'm wearing the most comfortable nude bra from Free People! I've always been a Victoria Secret type of person, with lots of padding and push-up but when summer rolls around, those bras are too thick for me to wear! If you are near a Free People, please check out these bra's! I purchased the nude colour and ended up going back to purchase the navy and black colours!

I was driving around with TheCityFiles and we saw the sunsetting and literally pulled over and took some shots. The sunset was the most perfect background for this look.
When summer rolls around, I love wearing white on white! I wear black almost 8 months of the year so adding light colours is a nice change. This is a comfortable and casual look but still perfect for the workplace. I'm wearing a basic t-shirt tucked into a white skirt with a statement necklace. You might notice that I do this kind of look a lot. It's a great opinion for me instead of a suit for the workplace! I remember coming here for years and now I'm privileged enough to live right down the street.
Although I've worn this look many times, it's one of my favourite looks and so comfortable, especially my Kenzo sweater! This was a very rushed look. I was in my p.j's at home eating guacamole on the couch when I was scrolling though Instagram and realized model Gigi Hadid was doing an event down the street from me. I threw this look on and ran out the door! I got to the building in time to see her and Joe Jonas running into the venue completely covered by security guards; so unfortunately didn't get a picture of them! She's just as beautiful and tall as you could imagine! I've worn it before but it doesn't always photo well so I try not to wear it too many times! The best part about stores like H&M is that you can find cute pieces like this, for under $30.00! I like to create looks that have high and low priced items so the outfit looks more expensive. Besides the purse, this outfit is very inexpensive and perfect for work and family occasions.

They offer free shipping on orders over $60CND and if you are on their mailing list, they offer free shipping or discount coupons regularly. One of my purchases is this white lightweight coat. It's super easy to wear and great for traveling because it doesn't take up much room, but most importantly, its a perfect 'jacket' for cool summer nights instead of a cardigan! They have so many great options and colours online, I purchased a beige one as well! Definitely check out Forever 21.com

The sun was out and it was impossible to be mad today! I purchased this skirt years ago from Anthropologie and always grab in from the closet on nice summer days! This skirt adds so much colour to any look; especially with my purple YSL's!
The lightweight fabric and the artsy skyline make this skirt every transitional from year to year. Sometimes it's better to not buy trendy pieces because they will go out of style quicker! I've said it before on my blog, but the best places to shop for "Trendy" pieces are ForeverIIX, H&M, and Zara! Those are my go-to shops for grabbing affordable pieces to work into my wardrobe. I must have bought it about five years ago and I still continuously wear it! It's so light weight and perfect to throw on top of a tank top or t-shirt with white skinny jeans, jean shorts or ripped boyfriend jeans like I have on. If you don't already own a kimono, you should definitly purchase one; its a great alternative to a cardigan. You can check out Forever 21 or H&M for some great deals if it's a look you aren't quiet sold on yet! Get my look:

I thought "April showers bring May flowers" but it seems like all the rain decided to come in June! (That's Toronto for you!)
Friday's are the best to kick back and relax and my favourite go to look for summer is converse and jean cut-offs! I received this adorable Betty Boop baseball shirt and I've become obsessed with it! It's so adorable and the felt details on the anchors add so much! It's the perfect shirt to grab and run out the door in because its chic and effortless. If you haven't checked out the Betty Boop website in a while, now is the time to do so! The new styles are adorable and I purchased a few shirts myself! This shirt could be dressed up with long skinny jeans, heels and a leather jacket for an evening look! How would you style it? I purchased this dress in The States almost a year ago and like many things in my closet, it got pushed to the back and I completely forgot I had it!
This weekend my oldest cousin celebrated the baptism of her first daughter! It was such a beautiful day, not only weather wise, but having a new child become part of our faith! She is such a good baby and didn't cry for almost the whole day! Red has never been my colour but I've recently worn that long red dress and now this one and I couldn't believe the amount of compliments! Everyone was saying red is my colour... and I have to admit, I kind of love of on myself too! I need to purchase some more red! (Another excuse to shop!) This dress also gave me the opportunity to sport my new House of Harlow heels from TheCityFiles for my graduation from university! I was feeling really sick today (as you can tell by the ponytail) and just wanted something simple and not my regular t-shirt and jeans! I found these old H&M pants in the back of my closet and created a look from there. I love going through my closet (or my sister's &mom's) and find new pieces that I can add into my current wardrobe! Almost everything I'm wearing is a least a year old or more. When making a pricey purchase make sure it's a piece that can stand the test of time and transition into different seasons. When it comes to "trendy" pieces that I know I won't be wearing the next season, I like going to affordable stores like Zara, Winners, Forever 21 and H&M. Get the look:
