When it's not too cold out, I love grabbing this poncho from my closet. It's an old Forever 21 purchase that I've had in my closet for years and I continue to go back to it season after season. The simply pattern makes the poncho timeless in my opinion. Affordable stores like Forever 21, Zara, and H&M are all great places to shop if you want an item but know you'll only be wearing it a few times!

I absolutely love this vegan leather skirt from Free People! I've worn it so many times this season with pantyhose or a nude leg with knee high boots. It hard to find a good quality faux leather skirt and this one was a great find for me, especially since it was under $100!
Zara is also a great place to find a faux leather skirt if you're on the hunt for one! Defineitly a must have peice in your wardrobe this season! Xox -Toronto.Style A shoe department! FINALLY! Need a reason to buy this dress!! It's stunning! I have been a fan of Free People for years since I go to the States a lot. Three years ago, the company finally opened its first Canadian store in Yorkville and I've gotten so many great peices from there. This month, the company finally opened a new (much larger) store at Sherway Mall, in the newly open expansion section. The store is absolutely beautiful and the amount of shoes and dresses is incredible! I need an event to pop up so I can purchase that long black evening dress(above).

Day 2 Look:
I decided to dedicate a whole post just to the Lucian Mathis show. I sat front row with fashion icon Jeanne Becker on one side of me and Bernadette Morra, editor- in- chief of Fashion Magazine on the other. Not only were these two iconic ladies beside me, this was the most beautiful collection I have ever seen. Every single dress was stunning! The complexity of the beadwork found on this bohemian inspired dress emphasizes and highlights the female form in a delicate and sensual way.
My Day 1 look outside the event tent Sweater: Tibi Skirt: Free People Boots: Club Monaco Jacket: From Barcelona Purse: Prada Couture The opening show of fashion week was the amazing Mikhael Kale show! You might remember his name from Gigi Hadid's look from the Much Music Awards in Toronto this year. His show left me speechless. The creative slicked back hair was perfect for the runway to capture the floral prints in the outfits! His collection has me excited for Spring! (Wish we could skip right through winter!)
